These terms govern your use of Robozzle Reboot ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Robozzle Reboot is a puzzle game where you program a robot with a small drag-and-drop instruction set to solve grid-based puzzles. It includes a Campaign, a Community Puzzles catalog, a puzzle editor for creating and publishing your own puzzles, tutorials, and a Leaderboard.

Accounts

Leaderboard, the puzzle editor, and rating puzzles require signing in with Apple and choosing a pseudonym. You're responsible for whatever happens under your account. Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

Conduct and content

Pseudonyms and puzzle titles must not be inappropriate, offensive, or abusive. Violating this can result in a permanent ban, at our discretion, without notice.

When you publish a puzzle, you retain ownership of it, but you grant us a license to store it and display it to other players within the app. Don't publish anything you don't have the right to share.

Don't exploit bugs, cheat, or otherwise manipulate the Leaderboard or points. We may reset, remove, or adjust scores or content that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

Robozzle is an original game by Igor Ostrovsky and other contributors (robozzle.com). Robozzle Reboot is a fresh, independent implementation, developed with the original author's agreement. Rights in the original Robozzle concept and name belong to their respective owners; the Robozzle Reboot app itself — its code, design, and puzzle catalog infrastructure — belongs to its developer.

Disclaimer of warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app, including deleting your account, if you violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
