Privacy Policy

Last updated July 23, 2026

This policy explains what information Robozzle Reboot ("the app") collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. If anything here is unclear, contact us at robozzle@nwidynski.com.

Information we collect

Account information. Leaderboard, the puzzle editor, and rating puzzles require signing in with Apple. We receive a stable, unique identifier for your Apple ID, and, only if you choose to share them, your name and email address. You can use Apple's "Hide My Email" option — we don't need your real email address for anything.

Pseudonym. The display name you choose after signing in. It's shown next to your Leaderboard entry, your ratings, and any puzzles you publish.

Gameplay data. Which puzzles you've completed, the programs you write to solve them, the points you've earned, and any ratings or likes you give to puzzles.

Puzzles you publish. If you create a puzzle in the editor and publish it, its title and layout are stored and shown to other players.

On-device storage. Work in progress on a puzzle you're currently editing (an unsolved program) is kept on your device and isn't sent to our servers until you solve it or otherwise trigger a sync.

How we use this information

To run the Leaderboard, the Community Puzzles catalog, and puzzle ratings; to show your pseudonym next to the puzzles you publish, solve, or rate; to save your progress across sessions and devices signed in to the same account; and to enforce the app's conduct rule against inappropriate pseudonyms or puzzle titles (violations can result in a permanent ban).

What's shared with other players

Your pseudonym, points, ratings, and any puzzles you publish are visible to other players — that's inherent to a leaderboard and a community puzzle catalog. We don't share your Apple ID identifier or email address with other players or with anyone else.

Third parties

We don't use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and we don't sell your information to anyone. Sign in with Apple is provided by Apple and is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and associated data (pseudonym, gameplay data, published puzzles), contact robozzle@nwidynski.com.

Children's privacy

Robozzle Reboot is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
